Angel Cardon is a founding member and Head of Proposals Management. Her experience comes from being an Owner and President of two Business Development Companies - AngelSolves and Analytical Systems Incorporated (ASI). She is focused on helping small businesses successfully navigate the Federal procurement process. Her win rate is almost unheard of, and she maintains it by identifying right fit opportunities and crafting compliant AND compelling proposals. 

 

Angel has over fifteen years of experience in Business Development (12 of those with ASI) and a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies/Liberal Arts. She is an effective communicator with a knack for simplifying complex technical information into understandable content. 

 

Angel has led winning capture efforts across numerous industries including Aerospace, information technology, innovative research, emergency medical, vertical and civil construction, and HUD property management. She has a deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations and the nuances of working with various agencies including the Department of Energy, VA, National Laboratories, Forest Service, Bureau of Reclamation, USSOCOM, National Park Service, GSA, US Army Corps of Engineers, and many more.

 

Angel considers herself a resource broker, finding joy in linking individuals and businesses to others who will contribute value on their journey toward success.

 

In her free time Angel enjoys singing karaoke and reading suspense novels. She holds chair positions for several local organizations including her sons' charter school PTO, the non-profits Koats4Kids and Cowgirls Against Cancer, and the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo.
